Privacy Policy for Mini Moves Apps
Last updated: July 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the Mini Moves apps collect, use, store, and share information. This policy applies to our apps and games, including Mini Moves 2048, Mini Moves Number Chain, Mini Moves Block Fusion, Mini Moves Today, and other apps published under the Mini Moves series (collectively, the "Apps").
We design our Apps to be simple and privacy-conscious. Most game progress, scores, settings, themes, stars, tasks, notes, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not operate our own user account system and we do not directly collect payment card information.
Information We Collect
Information stored on your device
The Apps may store information locally on your device so that the app can work properly. This may include:
- Game scores, high scores, statistics, level progress, stars, achievements, and settings
- Theme selections, sound and haptic preferences, and other app preferences
- Saved game state or in-progress sessions
- For productivity apps, local tasks, notes, reminders, lists, or similar user-created content
- Purchase or premium status received from the Apple App Store
This information is generally stored locally on your device using Apple-provided storage technologies such as UserDefaults or local databases. We do not use this local app data to track you across other apps or websites.
Advertising data
Some of our Apps display banner advertisements using Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may collect or receive information from your device to provide, measure, personalize, and improve ads, depending on your region, your device settings, and your consent choices.
This information may include, for example:
- Device information, such as device model, operating system, and app version
- Advertising identifiers or similar identifiers, where available and permitted
- IP address, approximate location, diagnostics, and crash-related information
- Ad interactions, such as ad impressions, clicks, and performance data
For users in regions where consent is required, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we use Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage advertising consent. Where required, you may see a consent form and may be able to update your privacy choices from within the App settings.
You can learn more about how Google uses information from apps that use its services here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Purchases and subscriptions
Some Apps may offer in-app purchases, star packs, premium themes, or auto-renewable subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We may store purchase entitlement status locally so the App can unlock purchased or premium features.
Apple's terms and privacy policies apply to App Store purchases. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Game Center and Apple services
Some Apps may support Apple Game Center leaderboards or achievements. Game Center is provided by Apple. If you choose to use Game Center, Apple may process your Game Center profile, score, and leaderboard information according to Apple's own privacy practices.
Some device or Apple platform features may also be used by the Apps, such as local notifications, iCloud, or system settings, only where the specific App supports those features and you choose to enable them.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Run and maintain the Apps
- Save your progress, settings, scores, and preferences
- Provide purchases, subscriptions, premium features, themes, and rewards
- Show advertisements in ad-supported versions of the Apps
- Manage advertising consent and privacy choices where required
- Provide leaderboard or achievement functionality where supported
- Improve app stability, performance, and user experience
- Respond to support requests
Third-Party Services
The Apps may use third-party services, including:
- Google AdMob for banner advertisements
- Google User Messaging Platform for consent management
- Apple App Store / StoreKit for in-app purchases and subscriptions
- Apple Game Center for leaderboards or achievements, where supported
These services may process information according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies:
Advertising Choices
You may be able to control advertising personalization and tracking through your device settings. On iOS, you can manage privacy settings such as App Tracking Transparency and advertising-related settings in the Settings app.
Where required by law, the Apps may show a Google consent form. If privacy options are required in your region, the App may provide a "Privacy Choices" option in Settings so you can update your choices.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share or make information available to service providers only as needed to operate the Apps, provide ads, process purchases, support Game Center features, comply with legal obligations, or protect the Apps and users.
Data Retention
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, reset app data, or uninstall the App. Purchase records and subscription status may also be managed by Apple through your Apple ID. Advertising and diagnostics data collected by third-party services are retained according to those services' own policies.
Children's Privacy
Our Apps are designed for a general audience and are not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. However, some Apps may be played or used by people of different ages, depending on the App Store age rating and parental controls.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action. If an App is configured or marketed as child-directed in the future, we will use child-appropriate advertising and privacy settings as required by applicable law and platform rules.
International Users
The Apps may be available worldwide. Third-party services such as Google and Apple may process data in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, consent and privacy choices will be provided according to applicable regional laws.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Request access to information about you
- Request correction or deletion of information
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Object to certain processing or request limitations on processing
- Manage advertising choices through device settings or in-app privacy choices where available
Because most app progress and settings are stored locally on your device, deleting the App or resetting app data may remove much of this local information.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information associated with the Apps. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You should also protect your device and Apple ID with appropriate security settings.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Apps after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
